We take great care in creating and packaging our A3/Tabloid-sized premium matte paper prints to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, we understand that occasionally, issues may arise that require a return or exchange. Please review our return policy below for guidance on how to proceed.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

You may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your art print arrives damaged or is defective in any way, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Incorrect Item: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect art print, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.

  • Change of Mind: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have a change of heart, you may return the item in its original condition within 3 days of receipt. However, please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

3. Refund and Exchange Process:

  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges.

  • For returns due to a change of mind, once we receive the item and confirm its eligibility, we will process a refund for the item's purchase price. Return shipping costs will also be your responsibility.
